Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee catering and event operations, coordinate teams and vendors, and ensure smooth execution of events from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage catering and event operations

- Coordinate staff, vendors, logistics and event requirements

- Ensure timely setup, service and closure of events

- Manage manpower allocation and on-ground teams

- Coordinate with clients and understand event requirements

- Monitor service quality, hygiene and operational standards

- Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions

- Track inventory, equipment and event-related requirements

- Prepare operational reports and maintain records

- Ensure accountability and timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication

- Strong team management and leadership skills

- Good knowledge of computers and MS Office/Excel

- Event and hospitality operations experience
