Education Counsellor – Lead to Admission

Experience: Fresher to 4+ Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience and performance)

Location: Noida Sector 16

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Education Counsellor who can handle leads, understand students' requirements, provide appropriate course guidance, and convert qualified leads into successful admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students' educational goals, requirements, and concerns.
• Counsel students and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission process.
• Follow up consistently with interested students.
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
• Re-engage old, missed, and inactive leads.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the admission/operations team for successful enrollment.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and counselling skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with students and parents over phone.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
