About the Process & Job Role & Responsiblity
Process – Health Insurance Portability & Switch
The role involves assisting customers who are looking to port or switch their existing health insurance policy to a suitable plan. Candidates will connect with customers, understand their current policy and requirements, explain available options, and assist them throughout the switching/portability process.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding health insurance portability and switching.
- Understand the customer’s existing policy, requirements, and coverage needs.
- Explain suitable health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and terms.
- Convince and guide customers to proceed with the portability/switching process.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams for documentation and policy processing.
- Achieve assigned **sales and conversion targets**.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Candidate Profile:-
-Experience: 0–1 year; freshers can also be considered.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with sales and customer interaction.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary:₹15,000–₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
