- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance in selecting diamond jewellery.
- Explain diamond quality, 4Cs (Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat), designs, certifications and product features.
- Understand customer preferences, occasions and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall SIS business growth.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain customer databases and conduct follow-ups through calls and messages.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising and upkeep of the jewellery counter.
- Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with the store team for stock replenishment.
- Follow company policies, billing procedures, inventory controls and security guidelines.
- Coordinate with the host showroom team to improve customer engagement and sales conversion.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions and festive sales campaigns.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share customer feedback and market insights with the reporting manager.
