Job Description
Job Summary
Generate loan business through outbound calling, lead conversion, customer follow-ups, and channel partner development while managing cases through disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, conduct outbound calls, and convert prospects.
- Source loan business and develop DSA/channel partner relationships.
- Coordinate with customers, bankers, and internal teams.
- Manage loan cases from login to disbursement.
- Maintain MIS, follow up on pending cases, and achieve business targets.
Performance Criteria
- Calling productivity, lead conversion, and disbursement.
- Business target achievement and partner acquisition.
- Timely case processing, follow-ups, and MIS reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
