Job Description

WE’RE HIRING: TELECALLER + CATALOG MANAGER

Company: Better Vision

Location: Gangadham, Pune

Work mode: Work from office only

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 per month + performance incentives up to ₹7,000 per month

Total earning potential: Up to ₹19,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Make customer calls, explain products and follow up on enquiries.
  • Maintain customer details and call records.
  • Create and update product catalogs with accurate descriptions, images and prices.
  • Coordinate with the team on product availability and customer requirements.

Skills required:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep product information organised.
