Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience

Gender: Female candidates preferred

• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
• Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
• Generate leads through calling and follow up with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Maintain call records and update customer information.
• Follow up with customers regularly to support conversions.
• Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
• Coordinate with the sales/team members when required.
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecalling Executive or in a similar role.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Target-oriented and positive attitude.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Surat location.
