Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment reports, and hiring trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
