HR Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organised HR professional to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable hiring for different departments and handling employee records, attendance, onboarding and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment for roles across Sales, Customer Support, Accounts, Marketing and IT

- Post vacancies on job portals and source candidates through referrals and other channels

- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

- Coordinate offers, joining formalities and new employee onboarding

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and probation details

- Share attendance, leave and salary-related updates with the Accounts team for monthly payroll

- Respond to routine employee queries and escalate sensitive matters when required

- Maintain HR trackers and prepare monthly reports on vacancies, interviews, offers, joiners, exits, attendance and leave

- Keep HR documents and employee information accurate and confidential

- Coordinate a smooth handover with the current HR team member

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred

- At least 2 years of practical experience in recruitment and HR operations

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets

- Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills

- Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly

- Willingness to work full-time from our Mohali office
