Job Description
HR Recruiter
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates using portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
* Resume Screening: Review incoming resumes and application forms to shortlist candidates matching job specifications.
* Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate initial phone or video interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Candidate Communication: Send follow-up emails, update applicants on interview status, and provide a smooth candidate experience.
* Collaboration: Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand basic role requirements and team needs.
