Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive with experience in job postings across multiple job portals, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, various job portals, and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings across multiple job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Manage job postings, maintain job listings, and ensure vacancies are updated regularly.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle employee onboarding activities, including document collection, verification, and joining formalities.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Maintain accurate records of applied candidates.
• Provide support in other HR activities and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with job postings on multiple job portals.
• Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including data management, filters, sorting, and basic formulas.
• Basic understanding of onboarding and joining formalities.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in recruitment and onboarding.
• Ability to maintain recruitment MIS and Excel trackers.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
