Responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing through Apna, Naukri, social media, etc.

  • Calling and screening candidates.
  • Shortlisting suitable candidates.
  • Interview scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining candidate details and recruitment records.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment.
  • Good calling and follow-up skills.
  • Preferred: Candidates with prior experience working as an HR/Recruiter in a job consultancy or recruitment agency will be preferred.
