Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Billing, Accounts, MIS, CRM, Marketing and other departments.
- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen applications, conduct telephonic interviews, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
- Ensure timely candidate follow-ups, selection, offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
- Assist management in establishing basic HR processes, policies and documentation.
- Create and maintain employee records, attendance, leave and onboarding registers.
- Manage joining formalities, employee documentation and exit coordination.
- Maintain HR records using Google Sheets, Forms and Drive.
- Coordinate with management on recruitment targets and HR-related activities.
