1. Education Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:

* Counsel students regarding banking and finance career opportunities.

* Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.

* Explain course structure, duration, fees, payment options and career opportunities.

* Handle student and parent queries professionally.

* Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.

* Conduct counselling sessions and convert enquiries into admissions.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.

* Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.

Eligibility:

* Graduate / Graduation pass with relevant counselling or sales experience.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Knowledge of banking/finance courses will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Experience: Freshers / Experienced

1. Tele Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to students from provided leads.

* Understand students’ requirements and explain suitable banking & finance programs.

* Generate interest and schedule counselling appointments.

* Follow up with interested students regularly.

* Handle basic objections related to course, fees and career opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

* Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.

Eligibility:

* 12th Pass / Graduate.

* Minimum 6 months of telecalling, telesales or counselling experience preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

* Good Hindi, Marathi and English communication.

* Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Experience: 6 months+ preferred
