HR MANAGER – RECRUITMENT & RETENTIONExperience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Manager who can manage the complete employee lifecycle — Recruitment → Hiring → Onboarding → Performance → Retention → Exit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, especially sales hiring.
• Build and manage recruitment pipelines and hiring targets.
• Identify, interview and hire high-quality sales professionals.
• Implement HR policies, SOPs and compliance processes.
• Manage onboarding, employee engagement and performance management.
• Develop strategies to retain good employees and reduce attrition.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflicts.
• Manage exit, notice period, clearance and exit interviews.
• Track HR KPIs including hiring, joining, attrition and retention.
• Work closely with management and sales leaders to build a stable, accountable and high-performing team.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of practical HR experience.
• Strong sales recruitment and retention experience.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle.
• Proactive, firm, fair and highly accountable.
