Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies
- Oversee performance management and employee development
- Maintain HR records and support payroll coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
