Job Description
- ey Responsibilities & Duties1. High-Volume Recruitment & DeploymentMass Hiring: Source, screen, and interview large numbers of candidates for roles including Security Guards, Gunmen, Supervisors, Housekeeping Attendants, and Janitors.
- Rapid Deployment: Coordinate closely with operations teams to fulfill urgent client requirements and deploy staff to various client sites (residential societies, corporate offices, industrial plants, and retail spaces).
- Channel Management: Utilize local recruitment channels, walk-in drives, referral programs, and blue-collar job portals (like Apna) to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
- 2. Onboarding & DocumentationBackground Verification (BGV): Conduct rigorous background checks, police verification tracking, and reference checks—especially critical for security personnel.
- Documentation: Collect and verify essential KYC documents, address proofs, experience letters, and medical fitness certificates.
- Uniform & Kit Management: Coordinate with operations/admin for the issuance of uniforms, ID cards, safety gear, and security equipment.
- 3. Payroll & Statutory ComplianceAttendance Tracking: Consolidate shift rosters, biometrics, or manual attendance logs from various client sites for monthly payroll processing.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws specific to facility management, including PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), Minimum Wages Act, and Professional Tax.
- PSRA Guidelines: Ensure compliance with state-specific Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA) norms regarding recruitment and training criteria for security guards.
- 4. Employee Relations & RetentionGrievance Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for field staff to resolve salary, shift, uniform, or site-related grievances promptly.
- Client Coordination: Understand HR-related feedback from client site managers and address performance or behavioral issues of deployed staff.
- Attrition Control: Implement engagement and retention strategies to minimize high turnover common in the housekeeping and security sectors.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA-HR is a plus).
- Experience:
- For Executive: 1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment/HR experience, preferably within facility management, manpower supply, or security agencies.
- For Manager: 3 to 6+ years of managing blue-collar workforces and compliance in a similar industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with PSARA regulations, labor laws, and shift-based workforce management.
- Skills Required:
- Exceptional local networking and mass-hiring capabilities.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is mandatory for attendance and payroll handling).
- Multilingual capability (ability to communicate in regional languages and Hindi/English).
